Pepper Maor is a well developed, erect plant. It’s fruits are square, slightly elongated, with 4 distinct lobes. It can also grow 11 cm. in length and 8 cm. in width. Pepper Maor has a thick flesh with a sweet flavor. They are also know for its resistance to potato virus. Upon maturity, skin turns from intense green to red. This variety is best planted during summer. Its fruits are heavy and have thick fruit walls with colour being green going red. Its plants are also strong and sturdy.
