What Payment Methods Are Available?
Customers can place order by paying cash on delivery, credit or debit card on delivery and online payments on website by using credit or debit card. customers can also pay using Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Stripe.
What is the return policy?
Customers can reject plants on delivery and all other materials other than plants are subject to return after two days of delivery.
How Do I Place an Order?
Placing orders on Green Souq is easy. Just select size, choose quantity as you want and click on add to cart. Once all required products are added into cart, goto your cart by clicking cart sign and double check the products and quantities. Once satisfied by quantities, click on proceed to checkout. provide your address details, select payment method and click on place order. if you have selected online payment than page will be redirected to payment service provider, once payment is done your order will be placed.

What is the refund process?
Once order is cancelled or rejected on delivery. Customers can send us their order number for refund process on WhatsApp of +971585121105 or Email us email@example.com. Refund process from outside can take 5 – 10 working days. once refund is done it takes 4 – 7 working days for payments to show in account. In case of delay in refund you can contact on +971555749484.
How to cancel my order?
Once order is placed, customers are not allowed to cancel their order themselves. However customers can cancel their order by sending order number for cancellation on WhatsApp of +971585121105 or Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will cancel your order and process refund if order is placed using online payment.
